I have always loved to draw, but as a teenager I wanted to improve my artistic skills and explore different formats and techniques. I enrolled in a number of drawing, painting, and photography classes, including studio art courses in college, where I also served as the graphics artist and editorial cartoonist for the student newspaper. After graduation, I began to focus on pencil and pen & ink studies, as well as wide-format photography. The opportunities I've had for artistic expression over the years have allowed me to develop a recognizable style.
